Clark County School District Police arrested Jeremiah Cochran in connection with an alleged drug house near Valley View Boulevard and Washington Avenue, within walking distance of four schools.
Investigators say they conducted a yearlong surveillance after receiving tips from parents and school staff and observed suspected drug activity involving students. Cochran faces drug and firearm charges, including allegations of selling controlled substances near children.
Police said a search warrant turned up marijuana, cocaine, THC products, and guns. He is out on bail and scheduled to appear in court in July.
