Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a vehicle and driver believed to be involved in a shots-fired incident reported early Monday in a Sparks neighborhood.
According to the Sparks Police Department, patrol officers were dispatched at approximately 6:59 a.m. Jan. 26 after residents reported hearing gunfire near the intersection of Dearborn Drive and Elk Falls Way.
Officers canvassed the area and found no injured individuals, authorities said. They did find spent cartridge casings during a search of nearby streets, including Alamere Falls Way and Rolling Meadows Drive.
