Lyon County, Nev. — Emergency crews responded to a rollover crash involving a motorhome in Lyon County early Tuesday afternoon that left two people injured, one of them seriously.
Lyon County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched around 12:20 p.m. on Jan. 14 after receiving reports that a motorhome had run off the roadway and overturned.
Callers reported that a person remained trapped in the vehicle. The occupant was safely extricated from the overturned motorhome and transported by Battle Born Medevac to Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno.
The extent of that person’s injuries was not immediately released. A second occupant was treated at the scene and transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital for further evaluation.
Authorities did not release the identities of those involved.
