Gas prices in Nevada remain elevated, with the Reno metro area continuing to be higher than the statewide average.
The statewide average for regular gas is $4.981 per gallon, while Reno-area drivers are paying about $5.23. Mid-grade averages $5.32 statewide and $5.423 in Reno. Premium fuel is $5.60 statewide and $5.66 in Northern Nevada, while diesel averages $6.37 statewide and $6.48 in Reno.
