One person is dead, and two others were injured Thursday afternoon in a single-vehicle rollover crash on Scheckler Road, according to the Nevada State Police.
The crash occurred near mile marker 2 around 2:22 p.m. when a pickup truck rolled over. One passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
A driver and another passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries, with one transported to a local hospital.
Scheckler was closed in both directions between Bottom Road and McLean Road while investigators worked the scene and crews cleared wreckage.
