One person is dead following a single-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon near the Intuit building on Sierra Center Parkway, according to the Reno Police Department.
Police say the crash occurred at approximately 2:28 p.m. on March 28 on Sierra Center Parkway. An initial investigation found that an SUV veered off the roadway for unknown reasons and struck a large tree on the west side of the road.
Three elderly occupants in the vehicle went to the hospital with moderate injuries. A rear passenger later succumbed to her injuries at the hospital, police said.
