A jury convicted a Reno man on multiple charges after stealing over 80 key fobs and two trucks from the Corwin Ford dealership.
Reno police report that Samuel Pace broke into the dealership two times, starting on April 6, 2025. Investigators recovered one of the stolen trucks with documents linked to a local woman.
Officers determined Pace had recently met the woman and offered her the truck to help her move. Police contacted Pace, who admitted to taking the trucks and key fobs.
He was found guilty of grand larceny of a motor vehicle, burglary of a business, and grand larceny over $5,000 and $25,000. Pace faces up to 20 years in prison at his sentencing on April 9.
A co-defendant found with a third stolen truck pleaded guilty to one count of grand larceny of a motor vehicle and received probation.
