Carson City, Nev. — Carson City Fire Department crews responded late Monday morning to a vehicle crash involving a Waste Management truck and a sport utility vehicle near the Costco area.
The collision resulted in the airbag going off and moderate damage to at least one of the vehicles. When firefighters arrived on scene, both drivers were already out of their vehicles, and no one appeared to be trapped.
One person complained of leg pain and was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation as a precaution. The investigation remains ongoing.
