Authorities took a suspect into custody on Monday after he attempted to speak to students outside Risley Elementary School. The individual, Jim Rosasco, was arrested near the school for loitering about a school or a place where children congregate, according to police.
School officials confirmed that no harm came to students, adding that everyone remained safe throughout the incident.
