Nevada State Police say three people are in jail in connection with a shooting during a street takeover near Interstate 15 and Apex on December 6, 2025.
Troopers responding to the scene reported hearing gunfire and later found a victim with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. The victim’s vehicle also sustained damage.
Following an investigation, detectives identified a suspect vehicle and executed search warrants on April 9 with SWAT assistance, leading to the arrests of Joseph Sedillo, Andrue Molina, and Stephen McNulty.
