Plane Crashes Into Home Near Laughlin

A small plane crashed into a home south of Laughlin on Tuesday morning, authorities said.

The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office reported the crash just before 11:40 a.m. in Fort Mohave, Ariz. Deputies found that a single-engine Cessna T41 had collided with a house, striking the garage.

The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the incident to determine the cause. According to the FAA, the plane “veered left on takeoff roll and struck a garage.”

Two people aboard the plane were taken to a hospital for medical evaluation, with injuries described as minor. No one inside the home was hurt.
