A Reno court has issued a temporary protection order for stalking against Washoe District Court Judge Bridget Robb. A hearing on Feb. 13 is confirmed to determine whether to extend the order.
Judge Robb was appointed to the Washoe County Second Judicial District Court in 2006 by then-Governor Kenny Guinn and serves in Department 13, dealing with family court matters. She plans to relinquish the assignment as she campaigns for a seat in Department 10.
Robb filed for election on Jan. 5 and is challenging incumbent Judge Kathleen Sigurdson.
