RENO, Nev. — One person required surgery after being shot inside an apartment Sunday morning in Reno, according to the Reno Police Department.
Officers responded to a report of a shooting around 10:14 a.m. on Dec. 28 at an apartment on Glenda Way. Police say one individual was struck by gunfire and transported for medical treatment, where they later required surgery.
The victim’s current condition is unknown. A second person remains jailed on charges of battery with a deadly weapon.
Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
