A 55-year-old Carson City man, Christopher Kynett, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of felony commercial burglary and gross misdemeanor destruction of property after allegedly smashing the window of a business owned by his brother.
Deputies responded to Fairview Drive after reports of a shirtless man in shorts threatening bystanders and attempting to break into the store. Kynett was found with blood on his hands and feet and told officers he was there because his brother owed him money.
Security footage reportedly showed him smashing the door and yelling threats. He was taken to the hospital for medical clearance before being booked into jail.
