Several units with the Carson City Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of shots fired around 12 p.m. Wednesday near Long Street.
Deputies detained three suspects at gunpoint and took them into custody. As of Wednesday afternoon, there were no reported injuries.
Sheriff Ken Furlong confirmed there is no ongoing threat to the public.
