Man Arrested for Threatening Nevada Lawmaker

A criminal complaint has been filed against Travis William Juhr, 41, of Oregon, after he allegedly made online threats against Clark County Commissioner April Becker. Juhr was arrested and charged with making interstate communications threats, according to court documents.

The complaint states that on December 7, 2025, Juhr posted a message online saying, “I’m coming down to Nevada for you…I hope you have your doors and windows locked. Because I love a challenge when hunting my PREY. #MAGAHuntersPDX,” accompanied by a photo of the Becker.

Authorities say he also left a threatening voicemail for her.

In addition to the threats against the lawmaker, Juhr reportedly targeted other individuals online, including an adult and a teenager involved in a counter-protest supporting ICE agents. Threatening posts against President Donald Trump were also reported to the U.S. Secret Service and attributed to Juhr.

Juhr has a detention hearing on February 17 and an arraignment on March 13.
