Five Sparks Men Sentenced for Shoplifting

Keith Adkins received 90 active days to be served consecutively with another case, following his conviction on Jan. 14.

Michael David Christensen was sentenced to 180 days in jail, suspended for two years, but must serve 45 active days. He was convicted on Nov. 12 of stealing from Scheels and is required to have no contact with the store and obey all laws.

Jimmy Killam received 180 days. But the sentence was suspended for 2 years. He must pay $199 in restitution for stealing from Summit Racing Equipment, avoid contact with the business, and obey all laws.

Raymond King also received a 180-day suspended sentence, with 45 days in jail served, and must stay out of Scheels. Meanwhile, Raul Cardenas received a 20-day sentence after being convicted of stealing from Kohl’s in October.
