Four Injured in Rollover Crash; Impairment Suspected

A rollover crash Saturday evening on Pyramid Highway sent one person to the hospital and left four occupants injured.

Authorities responded to reports of a crash with injuries at approximately 4:27 p.m. The preliminary investigation determined that a vehicle was traveling southbound on Pyramid Highway when it veered onto the shoulder of the roadway. Investigators say the driver then overcorrected and rolled over.

Nevada State Police (NSP) say four people were inside the vehicle at the time of the crash. All four were injured, with the driver receiving the worst injuries.

According to NSP, impairment is a possible factor following the preliminary investigation. No additional details regarding possible charges or the identities of those involved were made available as of Saturday evening.
