Reno, Nev. — The Reno Fire Department responded to a reported vehicle fire on Monday evening on Kietzke Lane, drawing the attention of nearby motorists and residents.
According to witnesses at the scene, flames were visible coming from a car along the busy roadway, prompting calls to emergency dispatchers. Fire crews arrived shortly after and worked to contain and extinguish the blaze.
At this time, officials have not released information regarding potential injuries. It remains unclear whether anyone was inside the vehicle when the fire started, and there was no threat to structures.
The cause of the vehicle fire is under investigation.
