Tom’s Hawaiian Scramble
Ingredients: 1/2 cup chopped SPAM 1/3 cup chopped fresh pineapple 1/4 cup butter or margarine ½ cup milk 4-eggs Salt and pepper Directions: Cook SPAM and pineapple in butter until glazed. Blend in eggs. Cook over low heat, folding SPAM and pineapple into eggs. Serve while still hot.
