Reno Armed Robbery Leads to Multiple Arrests

Reno police have released new details following an armed robbery investigation at a Harvard Way apartment complex on April 9.

Officers responded around 3 p.m. to a report of an armed robbery involving a firearm. When they arrived, four suspects exited an apartment, one carrying a safe. Police detained all four individuals.

The victim was invited to the apartment when a fight broke out, and then robbed at gunpoint.

Inside the recovered safe, officers found a handgun, fentanyl, Xanax, and methamphetamine. A later search of the apartment uncovered additional drugs, ammunition, cash, and the victim’s stolen devices.

Three suspects are in jail. A fourth, Isaih Kizziah, was initially released but later arrested after returning to the scene and claiming ownership of the safe. He now faces multiple drug and robbery charges.
