One person died, and two others were injured on Friday afternoon in a crash in Dayton, according to the Nevada State Police.
The collision happened just after 2:15 p.m. at U.S. 50 and River Boat Road when an SUV failed to yield at a stop sign and was struck by a pickup truck traveling east on U.S. 50, NSP said.
The SUV driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The pickup driver and a passenger were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
