Central Lyon Fire crews responded early Thursday to a house fire in Dayton at a single-wide modular home on Grosh Avenue.
Firefighters arrived just after 3:30 a.m. to find smoke and flames coming from the structure. All occupants had evacuated before crews arrived.
One person and one pet received treatment for smoke inhalation. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
