Reno, Nev. — No one was injured after a vehicle crashed through a fence at High Desert Montessori School early Thursday morning.
Reno Police responded to the school, on Fantastic Drive, just before 7 a.m. after receiving reports that a vehicle had driven through a fence on the campus. Police said the incident occurred before the start of the school day and did not involve any students or staff members.
Authorities confirmed there were no reported injuries as a result of the crash.
The driver of the vehicle received citations for driving without a valid driver’s license and for failing to provide proof of insurance, police said. The identity of the driver was not released, and it was not immediately clear what caused the vehicle to leave the roadway and strike the fence.
Authorities towed the vehicle.
