Fernley, Nev. — The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the disappearance of Ronald Littley, a Fernley resident who has been missing since September 2022.

Littley, now 56, was last known to be living at a home on Dixie Lane and was last seen in mid-September 2022. Deputies conducted a welfare check at the residence on September 22, 2022, but Littley was not there.

His personal belongings and vehicles were found at the home, leading investigators to believe he may have left the area on foot.

Littley is listed in the National Crime Information Center as an endangered missing person due to concerns regarding his medical and mental health history. Littley was also entered into the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) earlier this month.

Investigators have since followed up on tips, canvassed neighborhoods, and coordinated with family members and partner agencies, but no confirmed sightings or solid leads have emerged. Authorities describe Ronald Littley as a white male, approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing about 185 pounds.

The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office is urging anyone with information to contact the sheriff’s office at (775) 463-6600.
