What’s Fair is Fair…Right?

Politicians want teachers to get paid according to their effectiveness as evaluated by students test scores. But I think those same politicians should also be paid according to their effectiveness.

In fact, they ought to be evaluated on their ability to produce an environment ripe for job creation and economic growth.
